Terms of Use

You may use the free templates and files generated through the builder for your own job applications. You are responsible for reviewing the final document, keeping claims accurate and following each employer's instructions.

Do not use the service to submit unlawful, deceptive or infringing material, interfere with the site, or resell the templates as a competing template pack.

Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown before checkout. The editable Word CV template is A$9.90 as a one-time purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Files are delivered as a download once the payment succeeds. If a download fails, email hello@getcvtemplate.com with your payment receipt and we will provide the file.

Licence: paid files are for your own job applications. You may edit them and send them to employers. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them, alone or as part of another template pack.

Refunds: paid files are delivered digitally and immediately, so change-of-mind refunds are not offered. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — if a file is faulty, not as described, or is not delivered, you are entitled to a remedy and we will provide one.

If you breach these terms — for example by reselling or redistributing paid files, submitting unlawful or infringing material, or interfering with the site — the following consequences may apply.

• Licence ends: your licence to use paid downloads terminates immediately, and you must stop using and delete the affected files.
• Access restricted: we may limit, suspend or block your access to the site, the builder and paid downloads, and we may refuse delivery of a purchase where unlawful or abusive use is detected.
• Content removal: where unlawful or infringing material reaches our systems (for example through a support message), we may refuse to process it and delete any copies we hold.
• Legal responsibility: you may be liable for losses your breach causes, and we may pursue remedies available under applicable law, including reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

Where practicable, we will contact the email address you provided before taking enforcement action, unless unlawful or fraudulent activity requires immediate action.

Site content is general information, not legal, migration, tax or professional recruitment advice. Application conventions vary by employer and role.

The service may change or be unavailable from time to time, including when hosting or payment providers are unavailable.

To the extent permitted by law, you remain responsible for the content you enter, the files you download and the applications you submit.
